Lauren Tipton, LCSW

I believe that each person is unique in their strengths and needs. Therefore, therapy must be individualized. I am committed to create an environment where one enjoys coming in to see me and develops a sense of hope for their future. My style is to be genuine, casual, caring and comfortable with all people. Children and Teenagers like meeting with me in person or even on video calls. I am accepting of everyone along with all their thoughts and emotions. Therapy does not have to be intimidating or scary. I will work with you to make it a positive and peaceful experience.

I want everyone to feel understood and accepted. I understand that reaching out to a therapist can be difficult, especially if you are already feeling overwhelmed. I promise I will respond with compassion and kindness and will do my best to help.
