Using ACT, I will help you with your thoughts, emotions and ways to live a fulfilling life. IFS allows us to explore and understand the different parts of your personality, to promote harmony and resolve conflicts. With CBT, we identify negative thoughts and behaviors to enable healthier ways of thinking and acting.
