Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, compassionate care for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy — but do not require inpatient treatment.
IOP is designed for people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, mood disorders, or life transitions.
We offer a safe, supportive environment where you can build skills, gain insight, and make meaningful progress while continuing to live at home and maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.
Who Is IOP For?
IOP may be appropriate if you:
• Need social support that reinforces evidence based treatment
• Are needing a stage down from inpatient care to prevent relapse and hospitalizations
• Have moderate to severe symptoms that are interfering with work, marriage, family, and relationships.
• Feel that individual therapy did not solve your problems
Our clinical team works with you to determine whether IOP is the right level of care.
