“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”—Viktor Frankl
Change is possible for everyone. We can learn new skill sets for challenging situations. We can look at seemingly hopeless circumstances from another perspective. We can apply our strengths and abilities in new ways. We can gain a feeling of peace from acceptance. I feel honored to join my clients as they accept the quest for change. I believe in using evidence-based practices to guide our efforts to pursue specific goals that we set as a team. These efforts come from three therapeutic approaches; Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy. I have experience working with ages 12 years old and up on anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, physical manifestations of stress, crisis response and suicidality. I believe in having a powerful team mindset with my clients to achieve therapeutic goals and look forward to working with you.
