If you lose your full time job, your child can remain in child care for up to two months while you look for a new job. Not all families receiving Child Care assistance will be eligible for this new program. Child Care assistance programs help parents cover the cost of child care. Once approved for Child Care, the payment is sent directly to the provider selected by the parent.
