Howard Ingle, LCMHC

I would like to invite you into my counseling and therapy practice. My approach is eclectic. I have many years of experience and use a variety of approaches that respect and match the needs of clients. A Problem Solving approach that includes what is meaningful in life to the client is always a place where I begin with my clients.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian philosophy and dream interpretation, meditation, and the application of the healing power of nature are some of the main approaches. Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, Panic Attacks, OCD, and grief are conditions I am accustomed to treating.

I’ve been in practice with CPS for over 20 years and Professor Emeritus of Psychology from Salt Lake Community are part of my background. Most importantly my hope is to help you to improve your daily life and achieve what is meaningful for you.
