Tammy Hardy
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, ACMHC
My approach to therapy is centered on creating a warm and welcoming space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Whether you’re dealing with childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, PTSD, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to offer you the support and guidance you need. Together, we can work through challenges and discover new ways to heal and grow.
I am trained in various treatment modalities, including Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re facing personal challenges. Whether you’re struggling with past trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues, know that you’re not alone. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you through the process of healing.
